We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFC™ Family Live will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
